Minnesota music heads! Mini maniacs who love going to all the hottest shows of the season - who’s ready to put on The Dress and go to see our fav artist when he rolls through town to wrap up this year oh so right. This is exactly how the night is gonna go down : he’ll pull up in the Yamaha, ready to play and have a good time all night. We’ll go Skin to Skin since the crowd will be FLOODED - but, that’s really okay - because the night is gonna be absolutely WILD! Another day, Another Baby! Well, not really - but when Dijon is taking the stage and ready to give us his all once again on a WORLD TOUR - quite frankly we’ve gotta pay attention, duh! And that’s 100% why we need you here with ua too - to cry, to sing at the top of our lungs, and to remind you that when we enter the Fillmore on December 12th - we’re getting ready to go to church, we’re getting ready to have our prayers answered! And sure - I mean the dude is ALSO going to San Diego, Atlanta and the Tabernacle, Toronto and Montreal, TWO nights in Brooklyn and one night in Paris, and then - a WHOLE European leg just waiting to be announced, he’s gonna be BUSY. BUt all other nights will not compare to how litty we’re gonna be when he gets here - trust us on this one!
For the last few years, Dijon has been super hush hush with his solo material since his groundbreaking 2021 debut album, Absolutely but 2025 has already been a standout year for him and then some. Dijon contributed to Bon Iver’s acclaimed new album Sable, Fable, and played a major role in Justin Bieber’s Swag, co-creating standout tracks like “Daisies,” “Devotion,” and more. And most recently, he unveiled his appearance in Paul Thomas Anderson’s new film One Battle After Another, where he’s pictured in the most recent trailer alongside Leonardo DiCaprio.
His new album Baby was made at home - mostly in isolation with his new family, along with musical kindred spirits and collaborators Andrew Sarlo, Henry Kwapis, and Michael Gordon. The album represents another defining body of work from Dijon that will once again shift the sound of contemporary music. At its core, the project retains the deliberate introspection of what fans have come to expect from a Dijon album. Examining new fatherhood and how rapidly his life has changed since Absolutely, the album is a collection of songs that represent the mania of domesticity. From song to song, Dijon captures the moments of ecstasy and tragedy that inevitably follow life-altering changes.
